Refund policy


All sales are final.  We do not offer returns, exchanges or refund under any circumstances.  Being hair and personal accessories, we do NOT accept returns due to hygiene, health and safety.  Applies to all products on this website.

If for any reason the product received is NOT the product that appears on your purchase order, write an email to pikoretabows@gmail.com along with your order number and we will help you receive the correct product.

Products sent/delivered correctly do NOT have exchange, return or apply refund.

Once the order is delivered to the United States Postal Service (USPS) we are NOT responsible for losses, delays or for the shipping and handling of the packages.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receive and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
